3 Day Military Diet to Lose 10 Pounds in 3 Days

The following 3 day military diet plan is one of the most effective diets for losing weight in a short amount of time. In order to achieve the goal, you only need to eat just what is listed. That is the most important thing. The following diet is very effective and it has been tested by many people who lost a lot of weight and get their body in very good shape.

  • small apple
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream

DAY TWO

Breakfast:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice toast
  • 1/2 banana

Lunch:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese or slice cheddar cheese
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 5 saltine crackers

Dinner:

  • 2 hot dogs
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

DAY THREE

Breakfast:

  • 5 soda crackers
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 1 small apple

Lunch:

  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 1 slice toast

Dinner:

  • 1 cup tuna
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream

If you follow the rules during the 3 days of this diet, you should lose 10 pounds. After the 3 days of dieting, you can eat you habitual meal, but don`t exaggerate! In the 4th day you can eat you regular meal. After that you can go back on the 3 day military diet plan. It`s completely safe and healthy diet, and you can lose up to 40 pounds (18kg) in just a month.
