  • 2 large cucumbers
  • Half a squeezed lemon

  • 1 lemon
  • 3/4 cup of unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 cup of unsweetened pomegranate juice

Just mix all the ingredients in a cup and enjoy! These ingredients are for 4 servings that you can have throughout the whole day.

VEGGIE SNACK

Just slice radishes, celery and cucumber, or any other type of fresh vegetables and mix them! Pour some lemon juice, olive oil, pepper and salt. Take as much as you want of this snack throughout the day.

FRUIT SMOOTHIE FOR LUNCH

Necessary ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed or chia
  • Half a cup of plain, unsweetened almond milk
  • Half a cup of ice
  • ¼ cup of frozen blueberries
  • ¼ banana

Just add all the ingredients in a blender and mix! You should get a homogenous mixture.

Necessary ingredients:

  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 2 chopped red onions

  • 2 chopped celery stalks
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh oregano
  • 8 sprigs of chopped parsley with stems and leaves

Put everything in a pot except for the chopped parsley. Then, add the 2 quarts of water. Leave it to boil and reduce the heat. Let it simmer for one hour. Serve it topped with some freshly chopped parsley.
