Detox drink with kale, pineapple and ginger

Kale is excellent for kidney cleanse. Pineapple is abundant in bromelain which helps the process of digestion and ginger stimulates your bile flow in the gall bladder. A juicer will be excellent for this.

Necessary ingredients:

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • Half a squeezed lemon
  • Half a cup of pineapple
  • 1 bunch of kale. Remove the stems
  • Half a cup of mint
  • 1/4 inch of ginger

Just put all the ingredients in the juicer and mix! That’s it!


You do not need a juicer.

Necessary ingredients:

  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 lemon
  • 3/4 cup of unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 cup of unsweetened pomegranate juice

Just mix all the ingredients in a cup and enjoy! These ingredients are for 4 servings that you can have throughout the whole day.


Just slice radishes, celery and cucumber, or any other type of fresh vegetables and mix them! Pour some lemon juice, olive oil, pepper and salt. Take as much as you want of this snack throughout the day.


Necessary ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed or chia
  • Half a cup of plain, unsweetened almond milk
  • Half a cup of ice
  • ¼ cup of frozen blueberries
  • ¼ banana

Just add all the ingredients in a blender and mix! You should get a homogenous mixture.

Blueberries are abundant in a flavonoid called quercetin. It improves our overall immunity and is good for the liver. Bananas are full of vitamin B6, which is very important for detoxification of our liver. Ground flaxseed is full of omega 3 and fiber, It is brain-nourishing and helps the healthy elimination.


Necessary ingredients:

  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 2 chopped red onions
  • 2 teaspoons of sea salt or Himalayan salt
  • 2 teaspoons of caraway seeds
  • 2 chopped celery stalks
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh oregano
  • 8 sprigs of chopped parsley with stems and leaves
  • 1 chopped fennel bulb with fronds and stalks
  • 1 cup of sliced shitake caps
  • 1 chopped cabbage
  • Half a cup of chopped parsley
  • 4 large chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 quarts of water
  • 2 tablespoon of paprika

Put everything in a pot except for the chopped parsley. Then, add the 2 quarts of water. Leave it to boil and reduce the heat. Let it simmer for one hour. Serve it topped with some freshly chopped parsley.

Fennel is excellent because it helps the bile flow in our gallbladder. Garlic improves the health of our liver as well as the function of the gall bladder. Cabbage serves for detoxification in the liver and kidneys. Shitake mushrooms actually improve our liver enzymes. You can also serve this soup with some sliced apples and a side of sauerkraut.
