5.Make sure you drink at least 2 liters of water every day. Don’t drink 5-6 liters because it can cause problems with your urinary tract.
6.Make sure you don’t drink juices or water while you eat.
7.You can replace a daily meal with water if you want to speed up the process of losing weight.

When your stomach is filled with water, then the feeling of hunger is reduced and that prevents you to overeat.
Water cleanses your body of toxins and accelerates your metabolism.
