7 Day Muffin Top Challenge

Muffin Top Challenge

Instructions:

You should repeat this circuit 2-3 times and get a rest of 45 seconds between each set.

Reverse crunches: Get in a position where your hands and lower back are flat on the floor. In this exercise you should do the movements slowly and in a controlled manner with one vertebrae at a time. As you lift the hips off the floor expire, and inspire as you return to the starting position.

Russian twists: Remember to keep you back straight all the time. Then twist your torso only from the ribs up. You should keep your heels on the floor if you are a beginner, but if you are advanced you should get your legs up and cross it. As you twist your torso slowly expire.

Side jackknife: Get an exercise mat and lie on it on your left side with your legs extended straight downward and the right leg on top of the left. You need to place your left hand on your abdominal and your right hand behind your head. Count this as the starting position. Then start raising your right leg straight in the air while simultaneously raising your torso and in the same time bringing your right elbow toward your right leg. Hold that position for a moment and return to the starting position. To create a set repeat the same movement and then switch sides.

Side planks: Put your elbow under your shoulder, your core engaged, your abs tight and breathe slowly. In this position you should form a straight line with your body from head to toes.

Bicycle crunches: In this exercise you should engage your core muscles. Open your elbows and keep your neck relaxed. As you crunch you should expire, keep your scapulae off the floor and keep a steady rhythm while doing the entire workout.

TIP: You need to drink a lot of infused water because it will help you flush out toxins and accelerate your weight loss.
