A healthy organism signifies an alkaline body which can be in right order with its cells, as well as all the beneficial bacteria, but also the chemical reactions within so that it can work as it should. An acidic organism, however, is a sign that something is wrong and doesn’t work as it should.
One of the most important things to have in mind is the pH balance.
You have to be aware of the fact that whenever your body’s pH levels become too acidic, then your body becomes susceptible to various diseases, including:
- Chronic inflammation
- Slow metabolism, obesity and inability to lose weight
- Weight gain and diabetes
- High blood pressure
- Kidney and bladder conditions such as kidney stones
- Low energy
- Aching muscles, joint pain and lactic-acid buildup
- Weak bones, osteoporosis, bone spurs and fractures
- Premature aging
- Mood swings
- Chronic fatigue
- Slow digestion and elimination
- Fungal/yeast overgrowth
When the body’s pH reaches a fall to 6.5 then it’s called lower pH. It usually appears because of numerous different medications, toxic chemicals, and drugs. When this 6.5 falls below 4, it means that all the enzymes become deactivated, but also the minerals, vitamins and food supplements can’t be properly assimilated. The process of digestion can’t function properly.
The acid has various functions including that it produces energy in the cells, detoxifies heavy metals, repairs the damaged ones, and what it only leads to is fatigue and illness.
Every process that is going on in our body is led by the pH. It has a vital role. None of the diseases can survive in an alkaline environment. Also, all of the bacteria, mold, yeast, viruses, fungus, candida, and cancer cells prosper in an acidic, low pH, low oxygen environment.
It can appear because of a toxic overload, an acid forming diet, emotional stress or some immune reaction that tends to dispose the cells of some important nutrients and oxygen.
Our body, on the other hand, needs and tries to use its alkaline mineral reserves such as calcium from the bones, sodium from the stomach so that they could function properly. This condition can cause osteoporosis and other diseases later in life. The acid will accumulate and symptoms like arthritis, pain, MS, fibromyalgia if there are not enough minerals, and lupus will appear. A healthy pH balance and cancer cannot exist in one body.
That’s the main reason why cancerous cells don’t affect our heart. From the lungs to the heart there is a constant blood flowing. That’s the highest pH scale within the entire body. The blood then fills the lungs with oxygen and high blood pH and at the same time, it removes the acidic toxins.
The glucose starts to ferment itself into lactic acid when there is no oxygen. This makes the cells have a lower pH.The saliva and urine pH of terminal cancer patients is almost always between 4.0 and 5.5. The pH drops lower than before, when the cancer metastasizes.
A research performed by Keiichi Morishita in 1964 proved that one person in 214 got cancer while these days, it ranges from 1 in 2 males to 1 in 3 females. The pH balance is one of the most important reasons for this.
How to Check Your pH Balance
Luckily, there is a way to make sure your pH levels are normal by using pH test strips!
The best part of the day to do that is in the morning, because the body is more acidic then. The results of the saliva and urine in the morning should be between 6.5 and 7.5. You should be careful about your saliva and check your pH levels at least 2 hours after some meal. The process goes like this: fill your mouth with saliva and swallow it. Do this again until you provide a clean spit. Put some of the saliva on the pH strip.
Your lifestyle should also be consisted of more healthy habits. Control the stress, because it can also affect the pH levelsignificantly. Another advice is to eat healthy food, drink plenty of water, and practice deep breathing. That is definitely going to help you reduce the acidic environment in your body and have a healthier organism.
