  • Milk – 2-4 cups
  • Baking soda – 3 tablespoons


First take a pot, pour the milk and warm it. Then pour the warmed milk in a basin and add your baking soda and stir well. When you made the mixture, you need to dip your feet in the mixture and let them stay in the basin for about 10 minutes. After the time has passed, rinse your feet with some warm water and pat dry them with a towel. In order to finish the process, apply a foot cream.
