Turmeric keeps the cardio system healthy and medical experts just don’t want to go into the turmeric science, studies proved turmeric is great for the health. It lowers the risk for heart attack in case of bypass surgeries, by whole 50%. Its curcuma is polyphenol and that improves heart work.

Those that ate curcuma had 150 mg turmeric daily and same diet as previously. Group with workouts, did aerobic 3 times per week, walk and cycle too. 8 weeks after the study was done. First two groups had very good results and both were great with blood vessels.
TURMERIC – WORKING OUT
This combination gives motivation to many people who start eating turmeric and want to do working out. Turmeric helps with 600 issues, but curcuma cannot replace working out in complete, thus it is best to combine these two things.
Another study had focus on turmeric effect on workouts and also on stress tolerance. This was mostly for post menopause women that had heart issues. The results say that workout combined with curcuma reduces the ventricular issues and after load in left ventricular makes heart hypertrophy.
