The exercise is known as locust pose or shalabhasana in yoga. It’s essentially a laying extension which can be easily performed. To do it, lay on your stomach on the floor, and touch the floor with your forehead.

Now, extend the legs to hip width and spread your weight on your feet tops. Now, slowly go up and extend your head as up as possible without feeling uncomfortable.

Next, inhale and look up, then raise your hands over your head and exhale. Make sure that your hands are close to your body and that the palms are facing downward.

Now, raise your legs with the help of your thighs, and distribute your weight on your pelvis, lower rib and abdomen. Hole the position for 10-60 seconds (as much as you can) and repeat it 5-10 times.
