How To Starve Cancer To Death By Removing One Thing From Diet

Cancer rates raise and there are many factors causing cancer and they range from our environment to emotions. Still food is the most important and everything. What we eat is what radiates out of us. If we cut something out of diet we can make body thrive.

Cancer’s Fuel is Sugar 

Dr. Otto Wartburg and other health experts  talked about cancer loves sugar, since the 1920s. It is very surprising the fact thatmany doctors don’t tellr cancer patients not to continue eating processed foods, because they will have a more difficult time fighting cancer.

The German  leading biochemist, medical doctor, physiologist and Nobel laureate was convinced that man could starve cancer right out of body. It is really not always easy, but surely is something that significantly can change the game.

His theory is that malignant cells and tumor growth  are caused by cells which generate energy via adenosine triphosphate (ATP), through nonoxidative breakdown of glucose-sugar. Metabolite recycling from this process called glycolysis and circulation of adhA back in the body cause anaerobic respiration , and it is the reverse of what happens with healthy cells. Non-cancerous cells generate energy for body use through oxidative breakdown of pyruvate- which is the end product of glycolysis, and which leads to oxidized mitochondria. And that concluded cancer was really a mitochondrial dysfunction. Normal process of respiration of oxygen in body is changed to fermentation of sugar, and thus if we remove sugar, the body should not develop cancer.

This is not a new-a connection between sugar and cancer development.

Most people can easily remove food full of refined sugar – cakes, cookies, candies etc. Many foods are packaged and sold in the US and in other countries are full of refined sugar, but they are hidden in the labels. “Healthy yogurt”, cereals, or whole wheat, whole grain breads, and ‘low-calorie’ items can be full of sugar.

It is just easy to eliminate unwanted refined sugar, by stop buying convenience or pre-packaged foods. Also at least temporarily not to eat out at restaurants as many dining establishments are sourcing their food from big companies that is ‘seasoning’ their food with lots of sugar/salt. Even,salad dressings also can be loaded with sugar. In order to deal with cravings for sugary foods just increase plant-based and healthy animal based proteins, but no red meat and to eat more nutrition-packed foods.
