Ingredients:

  • 400gr of cucumber
  • 200ml of sour milk or yogurt, salt and fresh young onion

Instructions:

First wash the cucumber and peel its skin. Then cut it into small pieces and put it in a bowl. Add salt and mix well until the salt is completely dissolved. Then add the sour milk or yogurt and mix the salad. In the end add the young onion and your salad is done.

What you need to make cucumber diet shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • A hand of spinach
  • Fresh ginger

Instructions:

As we said before, fist wash the cucumber but don’t peal it. Take a blender and put the cucumber, the apple, a hand of washed spinach and add some fresh ginger. Mix the ingredients until you get a smoothie. Put the mixture in a glass and if you want you can add pieces of crushed walnuts and almonds on top of it. The most important thing about this shake is to drink it fresh, immediately when you’ve made it. If you let it stay it will lose the healing abilities.

Another thing that you should know about this shake is that it’s rich in vitamins and minerals, like vitamins A and K, vitamins C.E and B, fiber, magnesium, iron, and calcium.
