We believed  that weight loss is all about simple math, calories in and calories out also eat less and exercise more. Here is a recipe that helps balance your hormones while speeding up your metabolism at the same time:


– 3 bay leaves
– 1 cinnamon stick
– 1 teaspoon organic green tea


All of the ingredients stir in boiled water and let them soak for 15 minutes, and strain.


For about  2-3 weeks drink just 3 cups of this fat-burning tea.

The ideal time to boost your metabolism is immediately after waking up because it plays the most important role in burning excess fat. This way you  ensure that your body will burn fat all day long. Consume the first cup of this tea on an empty stomach in the morning.
