The weekend detox plan is:

Before breakfast, actually right after waking up, take 240 ml warm water.


  • Breakfast:

  • Lunch:

  • Dinner: 250 ml water  or anise tea,  lemon juice + olive oil+2 cups salad, pastry of integral flour, ½ cup steamed veggies (spinach and broccoli, grilled tuna 150 g.


  • Start with water
  • Breakfast: cup of oat flakes and linseed one spoon, plus almond milk 200 ml / diet yoghurt and one Take green tea also.
  • Lunch:250 ml water, chicken breast 200 g (grilled), veggie soup (pepper, potato, onion, celery, beans, carrot,), pickles 150 g.
  • Dinner: nettle tea, integral pastry, carrot + beet salad and lemon juice over it.
