But when we think of this, when we actually decide to make a change and maintain our alkaline environment, it is really hard to do it. When it comes to the cases of cancer, it is really unhealthy that people enjoy to eat packages snacks, processed foods, fast foods and microwave meal that are absolutely bad.
This kind of unhealthy diet creates an acidic environment in the body, and that raises the risk of cancer. In order to speed the process of healing, the cancer patients should consume more alkaline foods that the bad unhealthy foods.

When it comes to the process of creating cancer cells, like we said before, alkaline diet will restore the balance in your body and will fight the inflammation. That means that you should give up unhealthy food because of its ability to make pH imbalances.
Your alkaline diet needs to be based on green vegetables, like cauliflower and cabbages, broccoli, herbs and spices, root vegetables, beans, nuts and seeds, lentils and peas, onions, garlic, leek and chives, and non-gluten grains such as rice in small amounts.
Also, you can consume as much fruits and vegetables as you want, and 2-4 ounces of grass-fed meat, organic poultry or clean fish, a few times a week.
Another few things you should avoid are cereals, pasta, cakes, bread, muffins, crackers, cookies and everything that is high in gluten grains like whole grains, wheat, rye… They lead to inflammation, and it’s better if you don’t consume gluten. You should replace them with non-gluten grains like rice, quinoa, buckwheat, and amaranth. And most important you need to totally eliminate “gluten free” products, because of the sugar or processed oils they have in them.
Sugar is another think you should avoid. Cancer cells use more glucose per unit of time than healthy cells. Sugar is also bad for your levels of magnesium in the body, it drains the magnesium and contributes to cancer. Honey and agave, like an example of natural sugars, need to be avoided at any cost. It’s better to use unsweetened applesauce, or fresh pineapple if you have a sweet tooth.
Dairy is one of the most cancer-causing foods since it contains casein protein. This is found in a study conducted by Prof. (Emeritus) T. Colin Campbell, Ph.D., Cornell University Cow.
