The Best No-Carb Cloud Bread with Only 4 Ingredients

You don’t believe there is a bread without, carbs ,gluten, and hardly any sugar. On some social networks, nowadays is exploded  so-called “Cloud” which is low in carbs, high in protein and is gluten free.

Until we made some  we didn’t believed too.

You need these simple ingredients – cream of tartar, eggs, cream cheese, sweetener – you can easily whip up your own batch. The combination of the aforementioned four actually yields melt-in-your-mouth as it does toasted and topped with whatever you fancy.

Health experts who claim the health benefits from eating  the Cloud Bread.

UK based dietitian Deborah Malkoff-Cohen speaking about the new foodie trend, said: “This type of bread contains numerous nutrients not found in traditional bread, including vitamin D, phosphorus, vitamin A, choline, and selenium.”

If you don’t want you don’t to have to stop at four ingredients. “You can add seeds, spices, nuts,  and topping it with a variety of ingredients, like as bacon or strawberries,  avocado and cream cheese.”

Cloud Bread lacks fibre so you get adequate fiber from other sources, like veggies, fruit, and other whole grains.

  • 3 eggs, separated
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder (or cream of tartar)
  • 3 Tablespoons cream cheese
  • Optional: 1 Tablespoon Honey or salt, garlic powder, some natural sweetener, rosemary

To 150 degrees Celsius preheat the oven There must be no yolk in the white so separate the eggs. In a bowl, make mixture cream cheese the egg yolks,  and honey until smooth.

In other bowl to the whites add 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder and beat the whites until they are fluffy, and hold their peaks. The egg whites you need to beat until you make whipped cream consistency.

Into the egg whites slowly fold the egg yolk mixture than mix and do not break the fluffiness of the egg whites too much.

As quickly as possible do this or the mixture may start melting – Into 10-12 even rounds on the baking sheet, spoon the mixture  than sprinkle with rosemary or your favorite spices and put it in the oven.

On the middle rack bake for 17-20 minutes. Broil for 1 minute, it should become nice and golden brown. Make sure you watch them so they don’t burn
