In a cooking pot to mix all of the ingredients and  cover them in water than add the spices.  About 10 minutes bring this to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until the vegetables become tender and soft.

Organic diet cabbage soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 bulb of sliced garlic
  • 1 large shredded cabbage
  • 1 Ib of chopped shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 rinsed and sliced kombu seaweed
  • 1 diced bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 Ibs of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 rinsed and sliced leek
  • Broth
  • Lots of herbs
  • Pepper and salt

Directions:

Sauté all the vegetables in  vegetable or coconut oil. While doing that do not add the tomato or cabbage. When you finish with that, add the tomatoes and the cabbage.

Everything together mix well cover it with water and cook. Simmer until the vegetables become tender after you bring it to a boil. According to your taste add some fresh or dried herbs and simmer for another 5 minutes.

7 days diet plan

Day 1

Consume the soup and you can also eat fruits like  watermelon and cantaloupe, but stay away from bananas. Cranberry juice, filtered water, unsweetened tea or kombucha should be drunk during this day.

Day 2

Do not consume peas, corn, and dry beans. Eat the soup  with green, leafy vegetables. Do not eat fruits. For dinner eat only one big buttered potato.

Day 3

Now eat the soup with vegetables and fruits but do not eat potato for dinner. Your weight should be anywhere between 5-7lbs.

Day 4

Day 5
